Returns & Exchanges

At Bad Egg Publishing, we want you to love your fit; if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
